According to the provisions of OUG 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts: “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract”

Products ordered on astrodream.ro.ro can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the package.

If the product has a certain defect upon delivery, you are obliged to notify by phone or within 24 hours. We will assume responsibility and replace the product within the available stock. If the product is no longer in stock and you do not want another product in exchange for the damaged one, we will follow the return steps and then refund the value of your order. The shipping fee is borne by us. If you do not comply with this condition, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

According to art. 16 letter c of O.G. 34/2014, if the consumer (Buyer) opts for the purchase of clearly personalized products, manufactured according to the specifications indicated by the consumer (Buyer), the products thus undergoing modifications at the request of the Buyer, the Buyer accepts that such products cannot be returned and cannot be replaced, being exempt from the right of return.

Follow the steps below to request a return:

  • Notify in writing to the email address:  contact@astrodream.ro  regarding the package you are going to return
  • Send the return order together with the completed Return Form included, to the address:

  • After receiving the returned products, astrodream.ro.ro will check the products received
  • Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the return, you will be notified via e-mail regarding the status of the refund of the value of the returned product(s), to the account specified in the Return Form

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer in accordance with the legislation in force (O.G 34.2014). The product must be sent to us by a courier organized by you.

To return the products, you must pack the products in the original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack the products in an appropriate manner and please ensure that the products will be sent safely and will not be damaged during delivery.

Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted. Return packages sent with shipping paid to the recipient will not be accepted, the shipping cost being borne by you.

Any product you return must not be worn or damaged. The product must be accompanied by all original labels and packaging ( Law 249/2015, art 16(8) ). Please use protective packaging for shipping, if possible the original one. The product will not be accepted if it is scratched, damaged, if the labels are not intact or if it is missing any accessories. Worn products with signs of wear are not accepted for return.
